Emerge Recovery TX provides recovery support services following successful discharge from its own outpatient treatment programs as well as for persons referred from national residential programs. These services integrate the principles and practices of Alcoholic Anonymous and build on the foundations delivered in their treatment program. The overarching goal is the development and building on the persons recovery capital. Recovery capital (the internal and external resources available to assist the person in navigating daily life), is essential for recovery and improved quality of life.
The philosophy of our alumni and recovery support programming is to provide recovery coaching with the goal of helping the client navigate post-treatment challenges and needs. The program ensures that clients discharged from residential and/or outpatient treatment programs have a successful transition and ongoing preparation for living a healthy and productive life after leaving supportive care. Ongoing support services also allow the program to monitor the client for a period of time following treatment to ensure successful utilization of newly acquired skills. Our recovery support services include:
One-on-one coaching with client and/or family to address dynamics and challenges of recovery. These services are provided by licensed and/or certified professionals and are intended to help the alumni maintain their sobriety and recovery.
To assist the alumni with achieving self-sufficiency. Life skills work is often presented in a group format by a peer facilitator. It seeks to help persons in all stages of change meet their personal recovery goals and manage daily life.
Held weekly to monitor participants’ ongoing recovery by a licensed person and a peer facilitator. Relapse prevention group helps the participant transition from treatment and support their recovery efforts.
Provided by a Licensed Counselor to address self-defeating behaviors and family dynamics that impact the client and his family on their journey towards healing and recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured trauma, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorder treatment program that typically runs 3-hours per day, three to five days per week. IOP allows clients to continue with their normal, day-to-day lives in a way that residential treatment programs do not.
Outpatient Program (OP) is a structured therapeutic group and process group which includes one day of 2-hour programming per week. OP allows clients to continue developing therapeutic skills and processes as they build a life of long-term recovery.
Emerge Recovery TX is consistently providing education, enhanced skills, guidance, support, and paramount resources necessary to build self–sufficient, prosperous, and meaningful lives for the addicted individual and family by aiding them in creating a recovered state of mind, body, spirit, and emotional balance.
